We played with batch sizes and only went down to batch size 2. A 4th round would have allowed us to see the impact of cutting the batch size in half again. Alternatively, allow us to try a round 3B and compare against the original round 3

We would like to go back to round 2 and try out 4 other tools, and compare the results to the prior Round 2. Testing out if a focus on quality is better than a focus on flow by the tools we pick. Yes all are needed and the message I want to send is make and test many small iterative improvements

Allow participants to play multiple roles at once, to balance the workload (Lean Game) or allow a broader view/responsibility on the supply chain (Beer Game) Allow multiple participants to be connected on the same role, to balance the workload (Lean game) or take decisions together (Beer Game)

Once the "Balance workload" improvement is active, display the takt time inside the station view. Then warn when a product has stayed too long on the workdesk vs. the takt time.

Possible to move the goods/products by dragging the mouse. Emulate the tactical movement of the real world game.

So far the order transmission always takes one week (for an order sent on week 0, the stock decrease is applied on week 1 on your supplier). Is it possible to modify this delay and separate order lead time / delivery lead time ?
