In the Beer Game, players often forget how much they have ordered to their suppliers so far and how much is still due for delivery to them. This can lead to over-ordering, and in the end overstocks.
But some may argue that this setup isn't very realistic. In practice you should be able to keep track of the quantities that your supplier is still due to send to you.
It was already possible to unlock this information as par of the "Transparent Mode" (giving access to all information for everyone). But we have now added another intermediate option:
View supplier backorders

When this option is active, if your supplier has backorders he still needs to send to you, these will be visible. See below how it looks :
