Lean Game - Cost per defect delivered and not defective product delivered

This would give more penalties to the products that have a lot of defects, vs. the ones that "just" have one wrong operation.

In my point of view, this feature would make sense because in the real-world not all deliveries are conform. There can be a parameter that the Instructor can select to set a risk of delivery incidents at the Customer.
